American Idol 2010 finale Michael Jackson song with Janet Jackson lip syncing

I don’t know how to title this song other than the way that I have. I have heard Janet Jackson music, but when I heard this song last night on American Idol it sounds to me like it is Michael Jackson. I’m thinking it is one of the many unreleased songs of Michael Jackson’s and that she was performing it by lip syncing. The song is beautiful and altruistic as Michael Jackson was. This song is not her style she has become known for. Although she may sound and look similar to her much more famous brother… nobody can compare to Michael Jackson.Copyright Disclaimer Under Section 107 of the Copyright Act 1976, allowance is made for “fair use” for purposes such as criticism, comment, news reporting, teaching, scholarship, and research. 1. @JulielovesSnoopy She always uses a handheld on slow songs…..even with the earpiece in at the same time. The earpiece is because she dances and sings at the same time. Research Janet and you will know this. There are a few songs where she and Michael sound so much alike. When he says “I love you” really loud at the end of concerts…and she says it…they sound IDENTICAL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! they are family and were really close…look the most alike…so it is to be expected.

  2. @preciousscicche I’ll have to relisten. Nonetheless, I still got a bad vibe from the performance, eventhough I have always enjoyed Janet and Micheals music.

  3. @JulielovesSnoopy .. you can’t just put the headset on within the time she had to transition into “Nasty”. soo for future reference, if i were you, i would know what the hell im talking about before i speak on it. just because Janet has a good song and hit EVERY note perfect, it has to be Mike’s song and she had to be lip syncing?? grow up, you’re really pathetic!

  4. @JulielovesSnoopy this has to be THE most ignorant thing i have ever read lmao!! this song is written by Janet and Jermaine Dupri by the way. and she was not lip syncing.. smh. the reason why you hear “nothing should come” and then she starts singing is because its called a back track. Janet is known for her melodies and that back track was keeping it at the original range, while she took it a little higher. and the headset, she has a mike and a headset because it made the transition easier!

  5. When you close your eyes and hear her sing, you hear MJ. I think its just beautiful. They’re related so, naturally! ha. She has a beautiful voice, always did.

  6. fuckin hell, that is Michael singing, with the audio tweaked to give it a slightly lighter feel to it! OMG!! making money of his death by his own sister!! :’(

  7. It’s normal that people doubt, the voice is so same :) But look the official clip and this video, we can question, no ? the nose is so different, the hair (next to eye) and The beauty spot had missing…And the voice !!! To stack both clips by going up and by lowering the sound of every video, there is a difference, then you will say to me it is direct but good I think that the doubt remains. So that we still believe in it in his return! Peace

  8. it sounds like her

and maybe mj was singing the back ups during the recording of this song!!!

  9. Janet wrote this for “Why did i get married too” Yes she does sound incredibly like him in ways.

  10. hahaha hilarious..I cant even believe thats a real title and that this is a real discussion..This sis Janets song with Janets singing…Youre funny :D
Listen to her other songs like ‘Again’, ‘Everytime’ and the ‘Together Again (Deeper LEvel remix)’ for a similar style.

  11. yeah this is definitely her singing. tIt reminds me of the song she did for Poetic Justice
