In regards to the yoga, it all will depend on my back. I have three ruptured disks and a cyst in my spine. That limits what I can do. Right now I am lamenting over the fact that I can't do even one sit-up. Sad but true. I was doing 30-50 sit-ups about a year and a half ago then hurt my back and now…ugh. I am looking at ways of doing abdominal exercises without the sit-ups. One is raising the legs and then lowering them slowly. Since my back is injured, I have the tendency to use more of my abs for this exercise. The other is getting a piece of equipment that supports my back while doing sit-ups. I would be interested in hearing from anyone who has used or knows of anyone who has used such a piece of equipment.
So the yoga or pilates is dependent upon my back. I have been doing two exercises that are pilate for my sacral-ilitis – inflammation of the sacral-iliac joint. It worked great and I no longer have any problems. That is why I may stick with pilates – it is tried and true with me. But I may try yoga as well. I am not going to limit myself on this.
As for interval training, because of my back, I was not able to sit the bike for a long while there so I got out of shape. It is amazing how short of time is needed for the body to get out of shape. I need to get my time up on the bike before I even think of interval training. My main goal is to improve my endurance, so interval training would be the best way to do that. The nice side effect is that it will burn more calories as well.
Once I get my endurance up, I would like to get back into fencing or take up Kendo or Aikido. I am not sure which but it will depend on which one I can find being taught around here. I used to fence and still have my equipment from that experience so that would save me money. Sensei Kim does Kendo but doesn't really teach it so he is out of the question. Oh well.

well just stop eating food from the market .. even thought it says “high fibres” it doesnt help you in anything. it has lot of preservatives.
drink plenty of water and eat every 3 from 3 hours good food but not too much .. not from the market.. got me?
