5. I think Chris was overwhelmed. This was his first time at something as “big” as the BET awards & he was probably feeling a little bit of everything. MJ was a major influence, this song probably has so many meanings to him now, and then not knowing how the public was going to react to him being back on stage. I just hate for him that everytime his name is mentioned most ppl’s first thought is that incident. I am not for violence but I do believe ppl can change if THEY want to. Give him the chance

17. Amazing how everyone expects a young man at 18-19 years to pay for the rest of his life for making a mistake in a relationship. That’s a lot for a kid to carry around, especially when he wasn’t the only one behaving inappropriately. On this night Rihanna had nothing to do with it…it was about Michael, and Chris did him as much justice as any performer could. That’s it, that’s all. BRAVO Chris.
