I think that the whole matter just comes down to a really simple moral – we as fans should learn to separate the artist from the person. We should just focus on the art and leave all these people’s personal lives alone, just so they can remain personal. That way they can send their message and create their art without loosing themselves in the process. A person is NOT a product. A person is more than the product he creates – or less. R.I.P. Michael.

this is honestly why i got pissed when emcees and producers started making remixes and “tribute songs”. Everyone more than ever was using this man’s death for their own gain. Even some of my own emcee friends did it. Made me question a lot of shit. Thanks for putting this out there.
