I thought it was SO RUDE of Randy to say after everyone went that James Lauren and Scotty tied for first that’s ABSOLUTELY ridiculous Last week James sang a song that made him emotional, and he sounded SO BAD but got good responses from the judges because he was crying?This week Haley does a song you can tell means so much to her, and she didn’t sound bad at all and of course they have something to say. Haley ROCKS! “Screamin” my tail. She was singin’ MJ HER way and it was fantastic! James was screaming too. Steve Perry is one of the greatest singers ever and James did a great job of it. Still sounds like someone squeezing his balls… like Perry did. At this point in the game I would damn well speak up for myself too. judges are so protective of Lauren is it because she’s 16? but non of the contestants are much older. Haley is 19-20 scotty somewhere 16-17 as i suggest…(not that I don’t like her… she was one of my favorites since her auditions) but this is so upsetting how in one hand judges are so protective and encouraging for Alaina and on the other hand they tell Haley terrible things all the time…
she didn’t took it bad or anything she just told randy her range was not that short as he suggested. I think it’s the most terrible critique for singer to say that her range is not enough for the song. it was really harsh and hurting critique so she looked upset but all she said was that her range is bigger and that she felt the song … they are so harsh on her. lauren sometimes cant or dont hit the notes because she cant or she’s afraid but judges would never tell her anything about her range
@jleehomer58 its not about criticism but about the criticism of only one person. there where 6 more performances and they didn’t say anything bad or even serious about them just praised other three contestant leaving Haley aside. I think there was one or two times this season when they very lightly told Alaina to push her songs.. and one time they told the same to Scotty but they give Haley hard critique every week while she’s not worse than others she’s even better…
