THANKYOU IN ADVANCE. For other viewers interested in meditation. I have made my own set of videos on meditation that you may also find interesting & helpful, which you can find by visiting my channel & clicking on the videos box. Peace, Love & Light Pete

  2. rSatTV.

Don’t meditate laying down, if you are sitting then you will wake up if you fall asleep(you’ll hit the ground).

Anyhow, don’t lose focus when you meditate, if you are just sitting there you will fall asleep. You should be aware of everything.

  3. SAlvyDOr.

If you expect something to happen, then the meditation won’t be allowd to do what its going to do. Yes it will help your “thrid eye” and I don’t know about OBE’s, never had one.

Don’t start the oven if there is nothing to cook. Meaning, don’t go after a certain result without having the means to accomplish it.

  4. This video wants you to breathe normally. In nose, out mouth, don’t force it. Let the body breathe on its own.

    This is regarding knower96

  5. msn3000. You might feel your heartbeat because you have a quicker heartbeat due to(are you fat?).. heart beats faster when the blood can’t circulate.

So you probably have blood circulation problems and when you meditate, you are quiet and notice it.

The reason you feel sleepy is because poor diet or not enough sleep. During meditation you won’t feel sleepy, because you fall asleep you feel sleepy. So you might be meditating wrong(sleeping vs meditation)

  6. hi Pete i . when i try to meditate i feel my heart beat in the tip of my fingers what’s happening? then i feel kinda sleepy , plz help then if the feeling of the heart beat or that sensation is good or bad idk but i do feel it a lot and not just when am meditating but in my regular life style and some times all over my body in different spots second is that when i meditate i feel like my fingers get really hard almost like stone and when i separate them is sometimes hard to close my hand hlp!!!

  7. Hello again Knower

Dont be confused by the simplicity :)

All you need to do is breath normally, as you do at any other time, dont try to breath in a particualr way…..just observe natural breathing, this is where your focus should be.

    Peace

    Pete

  8. Hi lilsassy1000

As you meditate (espeically if you are new to meditation) your energy system will be not only be absorbing energy but also balancing itself, clearing blockages & so forth & this process can & often does manifest as physical sensations which can be numerous, its not something you need to worry about or focus on.

Just stay observing the breath & continue to let everything unfold naturally…

    Peace

    Pete

  9. can someone give advices because i dont know hoy they mean by breathing or that exersice i try very hard but i cant do it.

  10. is it normal when i Meditate i shake alot for some reason ….is that normal ?

  11. Hi rSatTV :)

If falling asleep is a problem then you may want to try meditating when fully rested, first thing in the morning shortly after waking would be excellent.

  12. Hi SalvuDor

The best thing to do is NOT focus on WHAT WILL I GET FROM MEDITATION & WHEN, instead focus on the practice itself, there are no set set sequences of events for each individual in terms of progress, what one may experience another may not, some make progress quicly others are slower.

I recently made a video about meditation answering some common questions so i’ll send that to you in an email, maybe it will help you.

    Peace

    Pete

  15. Hi K :)

U can call me Pete, wm is just a username nothing more

This may surprise u but even though i’ve nearly completed my 5th year of meditation i do not know very much about the Hindu traditions, words, meanings etc, 4 me i just meditate…i focus on the practice itself…not on all the questions of the MIND..my advice is try 2 b like this.

Your focus should b on the meditating itself, not on this state or that state…all will happen at the proper time dont worry ;)

    Peace

    Pete

  16. hello wanderingmaster,

if ever we’ve reached the nirmal stithi or above it and if someone calls us back, would it b possible 2 reach in our normal state.

    thnks in advance

  17. …Cont…

Without doing some research i dont know 4 sure the word you asked about? as i am not that knowledgable of the Hindu culture..i think though it is the name 4 one of the major nadis or energy pathways in the head.

A small amount of research will reveal the exact meaning of this word i’m sure.

    Peace

    Pete

  18. Hi revlooshin :)

That is perfectly fine, sometimes u will feel the energy flow through u more strongly than other times depending on the path of your meditation.

Only focus on the “dreamlets” if u feel u particularly need 2..other wise don’t cling 2 them & just allow them 2 move through your mind & flow out of it once again….cont…

  19. what is that word at 5:51? “when heaviness starts flowing through the………., or the heavens of the body. i experienced a slight itching in my head today.

  20. i believe that i have ‘visited’ the no thought state because i can actually feel the flow of cosmic energy, but its not constant. it feels like periodic waves of ‘heaviness’. i also have these ‘dreamlets’, which are short episodes involving people i know. they come, then they fade quickly. they are not based in reality or logic either. some make no sense at all.

  21. That depends how scattered a persons mind is when they begin to practice meditation…& so it differs from person to person…its best to start off with 5 to 10 mins & then gradually increase the time from there as & when you feel the need to…& you will naturally feel you want to increase the time if you meditate regularly.

    Peace

    Pete

  22. How long should a normal meditation session last for a beginner? I’ve been meditating for about 4 months.

  23. Yes…meditate as much as you can & as often as you can then you will progress faster.

If you don’t practice regularly you won’t get anywhere so bare that in mind…a few times a week isnt enough.

That is the only advise i can give you…

    Peace

    Pete

  24. noob meditator here.
