I remember when he got this reaction when Invincible came out too -and Time Square in New York City was shut down from so many screaming fans!! What I meant in my comment was that he didn’t have any tours so that is why I think a lot of young people didn’t know about how HUGE he is because they didn’t know that much about him -because he spent most of his time out of the spotlight in the 2000′s-so they didn’t see his press conference like a lot of us older fans did.

it’s rare that someone with so much talent could dedicate their lives and all the money he made from tours to charity-fans all around the world have known about this and when you see an angel in person, I imagine it has this type of effect on you. Michael had a halo of purity and beauty and people become weak in the knees just being in the presence of his spectacular light.
everybody around in the 80′s and 90′s will know why everyone is crying and fainting. younger generations didn’t have the opportunity to truly witness the star power of MJ in the 80′s and 90′s. that is why he is known as the biggest star of all time-because he had&still has this reaction from people-it is complete idolization &adulation in the truest form. nobody else has ever come close or will ever come close to being this adored&idolized by so many people.
because MJ was and always will be the biggest star in the world- people all around the world idolize him not just for his extraordinary talent but for his beautiful soul. that is why nobody will ever reach the star power of MJ- because grown men and women would cry and faint at the sight of him. there has never been anyone else that could do that and there never will be again.
