  1. @faridrr23 I don’t think it has anything to do with race… There were plenty of other black performers that weren’t treated as badly as MJ was (look at the rest of the motown performers)…
I think it was a case of jealousy… Of his talent and and his nature.
Someone that amazingly talented and yet not conceited about it, is a rarity. He seemed a very loving and generous soul.
An inspiration to me, wish there was someone that great for kids these days, sadly I doubt there ever will be again.

  2. @xAnnnouk
The Jackson 5 were originally Michael, Marlon, Jackie, Tito and Jermaine… Then Jemaine left to go solo… But stayed with Motown… And the other four brothers moved to another label as “The Jacksons” (but with Randy) as they couldn’t take the “Jackson 5″ name with them. The Jacksons’ were made up of Michael, Marlon, Jackie, Tito and Randy (the youngest), so still only 5 brothers together which is why you may not have known there were 6 before. : D

  3. @ cardshifter

Wasn’t his name Brandon or something. I think he was Randy’s twin who died. They mentioned him at Michael’s funeral. :(

  4. I guess there’s something about Jackie that makes Michael want to stand right in front of him. JK I love this video, and Michael was awesome! ( as usual )

  5. @roopinder no I didn’t mean the fans…you know the important people are standing up and clapping. the managers, producers and stuff. everyone these days are so stiff and boring.

  6. @Marreez oh you were not being ironic then? well then thats one dimb comment then. What else would people be doing at a concert? Its like that at all concerts and I have been to 25 this year…..

  7. Amazing amazing amazing!!!!!! This is the first performance I watched,I was 14 and now I am nearly 37.Still it rocks my soul and heart, goodness How much I dore this Man!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  8. I’ve seen this a million times. I even remember wtching this live but I never caught the awesome mic switch @ 1:07. So quick and precise. That is epic!

  9. I love Donnie before I see Michael…
Look how he conducted the 2:38…
Find out all his live shows the way he gave the cue…That’s the way of the KING.

  10. Michael is so dynamic and energetic that you literally can’t take your eyes off of him. He does 3 moves in like 5 seconds, while his brothers just stand there and sway from side to side. Nobody can touch MJ.

  11. May 25, 1983. This is the 27th anniversary of this legendary performance. Congratulations Moonwalker!! You blew people’s minds!!!! Woo! Love you! Nancy

  12. o really , haha i don’t know so much about michael’s brothers ! it’s a really big family, isn’t it?

  13. They were called the Jackson 5 but ofht from the start the attention was all on michael! Micheal Jackson is the best there ever was and ever will be! Fantastic!
