@Rosebunse He isn’t really going to get what he deserves. Maximum sentence for involuntary manslaughter is four years. He is a first offender with no previous record, so he might not get the full term. Overcrowding in the California prison system could be a factor as well. One analyst speculated on the possibility that he may end up serving his sentence under supervised house arrest. Whatever the sentence, it can’t be anything but an insult. At least his medical license has been yanked.

  5. Jlk2707 says:

Conrad Robert Murray should be locked away and have the door slammed on him and the key thrown away in front of him!

  6. MelodyMan25 says:

    @tomkatt85 very good point!

  7. MelodyMan25 says:

What this man did was wrong and he should be utterly ashamed of himself; he was negligent. However, let’s not forget the lives he has probably SAVED in his career as a physician.

Greed…for the love of money, Another Black man as you call it, will put another human beings life in jepordy cuz he wanted 150,000 per month. Some say it was not the DR fault…and if it was not him it would have been some other doctor. That still doesnt make it right people…..But the fact of the matter is… that it was him and he knew the consequences for choosing treat some one who is incapable of making the right decision because he is drug dependent.
Where is the common sense people!

  9. MelodyMan25 says:

    @rosebunse exactly! Well said.

Another black man goes to jail a crime he didn’t commit

  11. MultiRedDragon10 says:

    I agree @brandie7654

  12. MultiRedDragon10 says:

I don’t think Micheal Jackson should be dead but I agree with you vachekipu@

  13. dmickwifey says:

UnFreakinBeLievable. Well, America needed a scapegoat and now they’re sending him to jail. I hope “The People” go after every one of the entourage that knew what Mike was doing to himself and did nothing to stop it…. ALL OF THEM – his family, his producers, his flunkies…. all of them.

  14. brandie7654 says:

He handled it pretty well, or just knew it was coming.

  15. brandie7654 says:

That should of been Casey Anthony as well

  16. brandie7654 says:

He goes to the court a free man, than leaves not so free crazy.

  17. Crowgrl01 says:

    bastard got what he deserved.

  18. brandie7654 says:

But he only gets 4 years, and he may not even lose his licence yahoo news said. What the heck! Most manslaughter charges are much greater.

  19. crazy4corbinbleux says:

JUSTICE HAS BEEN SERVED! Thank you. I actually have faith in our judicial system now. But then again, the information brought by the Prosecution team was basically spoonfed to the jurors. How could anyone have said ‘not guilty’ for a max. of 4 years after ALL of that evidence.. 17 faults in standard of care? probably the EASIEST CHOICE made compared to all the other controversial trials we’ve had in the past.

  20. vachekipu says:

@Rosebunse thx i ddnt know that part…btw that doctor is hot, i want him in my bed, what do u think becca??

  21. Enix9 says:

Good need to go to jail idiot!

  22. Rosebunse says:

@vachekipu He was a drug addict, but he should have been getting help. All evidence shows that Murray should NEVER have given him that drug.

  23. Rosebunse says:

@tdj4315 The important thing is that a drug dealer has gotten what he deserves. Hopefully, he’ll never do anything like this to another family. And, hopefully, this ruling will make medical professionals think twice before they try and do something like this in the future.

  24. xiala1980 says:

    Mercy killing?

  25. Rosebunse says:

@almasry Jackson wasn’t a saint. He was a deeply flawed man who should have been getting help. But he couldn’t, and some of that was because of his “doctor”. People who take advantage of drug addicts are horrible to begin with.
