A DANCING traffic cop who directs cars on a busy street dressed as SANTA has become a worldwide star. Pictures and video of Ramiro Hinojas, who entertains drivers in the Philippines with his wacky moves, have begun appearing all over the web. The 55-year-old stands in the middle of a manic intersection in Manila guiding motorists with his distinctive dance moves. Hinojas uses steps he has learnt from watching tragic King of Pop Michael Jackson, but mixes them with hand movements showing drivers where to go.
