The re-released Visionary single charted at No. 19 in the UK. Dr. Conrad Murray to get more jail time for killing a celebrity? Hey everyone this is Ani Esmailian for Hollyscoop. Dr. Conrad Murray is set to report to court on Tuesday for sentencing and even though a victims celebrity status should never factor in to sentencing, because Conrad Murray essentially killed Michael Jackson, many legal experts are saying it’s impossible to not factor in the fame of the victim. Conrad Murray faces a maximum of 4 years in jail, and it looks like he may get the full sentence. Also, the District Attorney is asking for 0 million in restitution for Michael’s family, which is an insanely high price for restitution. However, the truth of the matter is that because of new California laws, Murray will probably only spend two years in jail, and not actual prison, and he may be eligible for house arrest.
