That’s not true. Michael fired Branca back in 2003 & he was ordered to give all documents to Mr. LeGrand.
The reason John Branca was fired was Michael discovered that Branca was receiving money secretly from Sony in an off-shore account due to the Sony/ATV merger. Branca was being greedy!

I don’t know if the executors have dont anything wrong but I think its worth pointing out incorrect information. the executors do NOT get 10% of the estate, they get 10% of the INCOME GENERATED BY THE ESTATE – which the executors are responsible for. Also, 10% is at the lower end of the scale for estate executors, a number of estates pay up to 25% of any income generated. Again, Im not saying that the executors are not doing anything wrong, but lets look at facts when making our judgements.
