@TheDizzydiana – I’m sure MJ had insurance but it’s unlikely had the kind of insurance co. that didn’t give a damn about their client’s wishes and was anxious to throw millions of dollars into the wind when if they had waited for MJ to get the Not Guilty ruling that he would have gotten anyway (After all, he WAS innocent and EC had absolutely zero evidence against him, RIGHT?) they wouldn’t have had to pay a cent! Most insurance companies I know don’t like paying money they don’t have to!!

@stonegrooved Stonegrooved everything to do with the lawsuit are in sealed envelopes both sides agreed not to publish anything at all about this messy saga that is why you can’t find the name of the insurance. The envelopes have been unsealed once when Evan Chandler tried to sue Michael for breech of contract only to find he was wrong and had to pay Michaels court fees.

@stonegrooved Hellooooo stonegrooved, i checked with William Wagener, who was at the trial daily he sais this, tom sneddon did’nt brink the insurance thing up much, he thinks the name is in the book redemption.(ill buy it and see) He says the insurance would be performance insurance and they would pay up quickly because they would be losing way more money with Michael not working than they would if they just paid up…….t Michael wanted to go to court but they didn’t want to lose money
